Cover present but detached and slightly worn with a small amount of loss, catalogue number in pen. Text otherwise complete and clean. Certain features point to this pamphlet being published later than 1918.Emblem may be publisher’s own colophon as it features a hammer and sickle in reverse to the one adopted by the Soviets in 1918 and now the norm. The mottos read “The Russian Socialist Federal Soviet Republic” and “Proletarians of all Countries Unite” - an earlier translation of the Communist Manifesto’s famous rallying cry. ‘The Worker’s Socialist Federation’ was a later iteration of Sylvia Pankhurst’s ‘East London Federation of Suffragettes’.
