In very good condition. Crisp and clean.
The author was chief engineer of construction of the Kuibyshev Hydroelectric Development [Zhiguli Hydroelectric Station] as well as holding the Order of Lenin, and was Deputy to the Supreme Soviet. He directed the surveying, scientific research, planning, and construction for many very large hydro-engineering structures. Illustrations by artist and graphic designer Aleksei Kravchenko.
