A very attractive, clean tight copy.
Burt’s was a New York publishing house from 1883 until 1937 founded by Albert Levi Burt. While working as a travelling salesman he had come to recognise the demand for inexpensive reference works. Burt’s later became known for specialising in inexpensive children’s and popular fiction.
