Usual limp red cloth, gilt, marbled fore-edges, silk markers. xxxvi+607pp.. All maps and plans as called for including front general map. A Mr Jenkins of Hammersmith Infirmary’s amusing short Arabic vocabulary in ink to f.e.p. verso, some neat pencil route annotations to half title, short bibliography, again in ink, to last page. Appears barely used. Apart from the neatly written notes described above a very clean copy, tight and complete. Cloth bright although spine a little rubbed, A very good copy. The last part of this guide includes the Black Sea with trips from Constantinople to Constantza and to Odessa, and Odessa to Batum. Schapero 267
