Description
Usual red cloth, gilt. lxii+268pp., maps and plans complete as called for. Decorative bookplate Salford Museum inscribed in ink, “Purchased 18th August 1900”.
Generally in good order but spine ends chipped and spine age-darkened. Lacking front free endpaper, general map present but torn at folds.
An interesting provenance: contemporary purchase for the Salford Museum, then Royal Museum & Library.
