Stapled card covers decorated in red and black with Capek graphic, b/w plates, one colour tipped-in plate. Very good, paper yellowing. Text in Czech. Used; Very Good Czech artist and brother of Karel Capek, best known as a painter, but also a writer and poet. He invented the word 'robot', which was famously introduced into literature by his brother. As a cartoonist, he worked for Lidové Noviny, a newspaper based in Prague. He was arrested in 1939 and perished in Bergen-Belsen.
