Publisher Buxton By the author
Date 1955

First Edition

Limp cloth in original printed dust-wrapper. 196pp.. Printed by Typolith at Pitman's Press, Bath. Author's stamp to title page, author's own correction in ink to last page (seems to have done this to all copies). Dust-wrapper age-worn at edges and a little discoloured else very good. Used; Very Good The challenging and eccentric mathematician Albert Eagle dismissed quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity, used his own mathematical notation and scorned English spelling. Most of his works were self-published and of a forceful nature. He did have some respect for children, though - see dedication! The linguist Colin Stork's label tipped-in lightly to end-paper.
